What was the first thing alive that you bought to put in your tank?

100 blue legs
5 peppermints
10 cerinth snails

i have since given about 35 turbos away.

they are all doing fine.

Digger was our first reef inhabitant. Goober (his goby) came later. Digger has been with us for years now, and he's gone through a few upgrades: 14g --> 21g --> 30g --> 65g --> 90g. He and Goober now patrol the right-hand third of our 90g.
