What would you do with this?

What would you do with all this equpiment and a $1700.00 budjet? First off I have a 125 AGA with A beautiful 31" tall stand and 8"tall canopy, ecosystem 3616 sump (empty), 37G oceanic, 20 AGA, 15 AGA, 10 AGA, E.T.S.S. Skimmer & Rio 2500HD, Aqua C Urchin Pro with mag 3, Emporer Aquatics 25w UV, 75 GPD RO/DI, Mag 7, 2X Rio 2100, 2X Rio 2500, Rio 1400, 1X 175W M/H, 2X 65W P/C, 200Gal instant ocean salt mix,2X 300w ebo-jaber heaters, 1 100w Visi-Therm Heater, pin point ph monitor, 49lbs live rock, 90lbs live sand, 60Gal trash can full of lava rock, various back grounds, test kits, N/O lights, S.G. Swing Arm Tester. 2 overflow boxes.... Some live stock Open Brain, Seaba Anemone, misc mushrooms, cabbage coral, dersa clam, False percula clown, 40+ Blue Leg Hermits, 25+ Nasuris Snails, 100's tiny snails (Possibly Turbo or Astera) ????????? I have had several ideas and would like to get some other opinons. BTW we do have A basement and own our home.
 
well if i was fortunate enough to be in your shoes i'd think about retiring lol, i'd be in that basement ALOT!

Although the basement does sound good.
 
My vote would be for the basement as well, I have 90 in our basement and it stays cooler, eliminating the need for a chiller.
