even the mushroom on the left. dunno what lights you have. but your bulbs might be old.

It's a hqi 150w 20k bulb isn't that old. Should i try moving them up higher?

Last time you walked by your tank did your robe fall open and startle the corals? That may be the cause...

I don't think thats enough light if it's a single 150
 
it's been plenty of light, i just can't keep anything in the bottom 3 or 4 inches. Which is where these bam bam where placed. I re aquascaped last night and now all of my zoa's get plenty of light near in the middle of the tank. By the time the lights went off they started to look as they did a few weeks ago.
 
since i reaquascape there is nothing near the frogspawn and everything seems happy now. I'll post picks of my zoa's and full tank shot tonight.
