No! You cannot do a 100% WC. You will kill off all the beneficial bacteria and your tank would re-cycle.
The most that is recommended, is 30% WC every 2 days. At least, that I've seen.

anyone have any suggestions on what these big white bumps on my one clownfish is? they look like warts. both are eating good though
