Whats wrong with my clownfish?

Today I came home afterschool to feed my two clownfish. Right now i only have New Life Spectrum and am currently waiting for lrs reef frenzy to come in. Clownfish A always eats while Clownfish B hasnt at all (guessing he doesnt like pellets). Today i came home and noticed Clownfish B swim by and rub on a rock. After a few minutes I noticed Clownfish A also came by the same rock and rubbed its side on it then would rub on a magnet cleaner next to rock. They arent constantly scratching on the rocks. They seem very active and I noticed that Clownfish A is having little seizures in the same area. Im scared this might be ich but I havent seen any other symptoms or white dots. Ive also heard this behavior might be hosting. Any help would be appreciated!

the "seizures" if they happen when they look at each other or are around each other are normal. They're just kind of communicating with each other. The flashing on the rocks and magnet is a problem. It could be ich or flukes. Do you see any spots on them at all? Any spots the size of a grain of sand or salt?

My best guess would be either Ich or flukes. I'm also going to guess that you did not quarantine them.

More details on your tank will be very helpful.

Please include:
tank size and age
sump?
lighting
filtration
amount of live rock
sand?
total flow (power heads?)
Are you using carbon or GFO, and if so, how?
water source (tap,distilled,ro/di)
any other livestock
current water parameters (not "all good"), including, if you can, Ammonia, Nitrite, Nitrate, Phosphate, Calcium, Alkalinity, and Magnesium

Any other information about your system that you think might be important. Really, you can't provide too much

The bottom line is that regardless of where your tank is now, a QT so that your fish can be properly treated is pretty much a must-have. If it's just flukes, a round or two of Prazipro will fix you right up. If it is, indeed, Ich, then IMHO, TTM (tank transfer method) is your best way of getting through it with the least stress on your fish (and ALL fish need to be treated regardless of the problem)

Please include:
tank size and age 75 gallons, 7 weeks
sump? No sump since my stand cant fit one and tank cannot be drilled. Im usinf a cannister that I clean out every week
lighting Just a strip of marineland LED's, have mh on standby for later on
filtration Reef Octopus hob2000 protein skimmer and fluval fx5 cannister filter
amount of live rock Around 60-70 pounds
sand? about 75 pounds of thick grained dead sand
total flow (power heads?) About 2800 including the cannister
Are you using carbon or GFO, and if so, how? None
water source (tap,distilled,ro/di) RODI
any other livestock Nope
current water parameters (not "all good"), including, if you can, Ammonia, Nitrite, Nitrate, Phosphate, Calcium, Alkalinity, and Magnesium Ammonia: 0, Nitrite: 0, Nitrate: 10 , ph: 8.2, the rest are unknown because I have not stopped by my lfs yet to test them

This sounds a bit like ich to me. Try this: When all lights are off use your cellphone light to shine on fish. This made the ich spots much more obvious than under the normal lights.

My guys were active at first too when they had ich but then the not eating started. I got them to QT but ended up loosing two fish anyway.

I didn't quarantine and now I'm paying the price.

My fish do it all the time. If they are just flashing by it real quick and scraping the rock maybe a couple times in a row and then back to normal I wouldn't worry unless you start to see spots, usually, they're easier to spot in the tail fin. If you have a cleaner type shrimp in there, the shrimp will rid the fish of ich if they let it. However, unless the ich came with the fish, you need to figure out why they are stressed and getting ich in the first place.

My money is on flukes on this one. Call it a hunch. Scratching up against rocks but without the grainy sugary white dots.
Get some Prazipro and start treatment.

What are the differentiating symptoms of the two? And can I treat with Prazipro even if the fish dont have flukes without affecting anything in my DT? Also what are some other major symptoms to look for besides the white dots?

I also just noticed Clownfish B has a bit of a tattered fin. I tried feeding fish frenzy today and Clownfish A would take it but B wouldnt at all
