What's wrong with my clowns..

I've been Quarantining my clowns for about 2-3 weeks now, and i bought it from someone on craigslist. They're med sized pair of clowns and they're been in my 10 gallon QT for 2-3 weeks like i said before. I've added cupramine, then i realized that their skin is white and a bit bumpy; ich to my guess. They had no sign up until now. they were healthy in the other guys' tank and they're probably in there for about 6-7 months based on their size. What's wrong with my QT? all parameters are right.

Pictures would be needed to be sure but white and bumpy sounds like Brooklynella, something way more serious than ich.
Also, copper doesn't help with that but rather promotes it by weakening the fish's immune system.
You might want to get some formalin, just in case.
