Whats wrong

My BTA has been balled up for about 4 days and there looks like there is some coating coming off of it. My other anemone and corals are fine.

Looks like Cyano around it. I'm no expert, so I'm probably not of much help. i'd start with using a turkey baster to blow the goo off of it.

More info needed: - Water Params - more tank specs (lighting, flow)

It looks very deteriorated and is probably very near dead. I would do a large water change as quickly as possible and hope for the best, and if it does not show signs of recovery throw it out as you don't want it to foul your water and kill all your other life.

yeah..doesn't look good. Has it been doing downhill for a while?

I would make sure there is some water flow in that area of the tank to remove whatever is sliming around the anemone and keep it off.
