It's fairly easy. I just defrost (not all the way) the shrimp, squid, scallops, and lightly run it thru the food processor. Then add the nori, golden pearls, cyclopseeze, and blend it one more time. I like the meaty food to stay slightly large for the bigger fish and anemones, and the smaller food for the smaller fish. If you run a search for "blender mush" you will come up with quite a few different recipes.
