What's your favorite LPS to set on the sand bed?

Fish?
I have the perfect spot in my tank for a sand dwelling LPS. I was thinking about a christmas Favia (red rim, green center), The location is partly cloudy with 100% humidity (shaded area). So, I need a coral that doesn't need intense lighting but still has beautiful coloring that will give my tank that "pop".

What are your recomendations?

Elegance, if you have the room and a low/moderate flow spot. Otherwise I say a prime colored plate coral. Open brain, maze brain or acans get honorable mentions.

I like putting acan lords on the sandbed. They fill in nicely. Ricordeas also look cool as a garden in the sand, as do zoanthids and palys.

A prime colored scolymia australis would look great in the sand as well...

I have a spot in my 120 where I have 4 hammer colonies in a group..looks awesome..Lots of other great ideas here though

Orange acanthastrea echinata aka orange crush. Not as tempermental as acan lords, but amazing color, and significantly cheaper these days.

Fts

I have realized that I haven't taken a fts in a long time. This was taken with only the actinics. The coral that I am in search of will sit in the sand under the arch. I like the scolly and the acan idea. I've never been much of a fan of plate corals. Also, I thought that elegance coral was a branching coral that would most commonly reside in the rock...

Hmm my elegance is not branching, but it does have long sweepers..It also has a very thick pedestal type of base..
