As they don't seem to be too concerned with answering the question on their own forum (aquariumcomputer.com) do you guys have any idea ? It's a bit p*ss poor that they can't even make some sort of announcement for those who have paid up front and were expecting deliveries to start the 19th Dec.

They don't do this very well I'm afraid and it's very frustrating. I only received the PM after I was told to email for a shipping date. No reply to the email led to the PM but only after I'd chased it up (again).

We sent an email to all our US customers notifying them about the P4 shipping status. Perhaps it was re-directed to your spam box?

We're just waiting for this shipment to arrive. Once it does, we will inspect and begin shipping out orders.
