Where are all the True Percula Clownfish?

Wild or tank raised, or does it matter to you? I know that less wild ones are being imported, but they're not rare so you can just ask your LFS to order them for you. In terms of tank raised, they shouldn't be too hard to find either. However, you typically see more ocellaris because they mature quicker than percs.

patience I waited 6 months for a pair of W/C onx honestly I had just wanted onx but that was the first pair that I had been able to find W/C or no same goes for my anthias waited almost 4 months before my LFS could order me one

Here wild ones show up once in a while at some of the stores, though unfortunately the best source here closed about a year ago.
Tank raised should be available at many online stores and even your LFS should be able to get them if he seriously tries. LiveAquaria has them right now in their ORA section.
If you want wild caught you may either make a trip to L.A. and scout the stores there, or go through someone like Jordan from Among the Reef.
With wild ones you want to make sure that you have formalin 37% on hand before getting them - they need to be dipped against Brooklynella before going into the QT.
