Mine sleep at the top of the water along the back edge of the tank. They are going to be in for a big surprise when they move to their new home which has an internal horizontal overflow.
I have a puffer too - it sleeps resting on a rock, usually upside down.
My ocellaris sleeps on her side, in the bottom corner against the front glass. At lights-out she moves the sand around until she's comfy, then snuggles into her 'bed' and doesn't budge until morning
My one sleeps upside down in her anemone, ive caught her tail up, on her back and regular, my new one just got today so far sleeps swimming, and i think it may be next to my diamond goby.
several years ago when i had a large conch shell in the tank my tomato would sleep inside of it......i then realized that large shells don't go with the sceme of a reef setup......now a days he sleeps behind the rock
