Where is Apex programming stored?

I bought an Apex Lite and when it arrived the battery inside the unit had broken loose. Neptune is going to send me another unit and they told me in the mean time I could use the one I have it just would not save time/date info. We've passed a week and I really need to get it set up for an ATO as I will be leaving for a week later this month. Could I set this one up and just not put the PH probe on it (I one have one high and low calibration pack) and have the code saved to reconfigure the new one when it arrives?

Yes you can. You can connect the probe also, you'll just have to recalibrate it when you connect it to the new base module (probe calibration is stored in the module but is not saved with the program and profile data).

Cool, thanks.

I've been working on it and cannot access it from my PC. I turned DCHP off and manually configured the IP, Gateway, DNS....etc. The date and time on the display changed from december 27th to today, so I figured it's now talking. When I entered the IP into Safari.... nothing. Any ideas?

You need to make sure both your laptop and Apex are in the same IP subnet. For example, if your laptop has an IP of 192.168.1.25 and a subnet mask of 255.255.255.0, your Apex needs to be configured with that same subnet mask and be configured with an IP address between 192.168.1.1 and 192.168.1.254

If that doesn't make sense, post the IP and subnet mask you have on both devices.
