Its 90 days on the forum and 50 relivent post , chalk another one up for me , 50 posts here I come...LOL
where is the stuff for sell or trade on here?

it would be nice if are posts on CORA did count.that where i spen most of my time.
i had no plans on just bumping my posting number up to just do it. so i get to 50 posting. i'm a quit guy and don't say much at all.i under stand you can't sell or trade on here to you get to 50 posting but to buy i think that a little much but i try to work with everyone so 50 it is.i don't spam anyone because i hate spam.
No worries, I wasn't directing towards you but stating in general for anybody reading this thread
.Yeah, unfortunately some come here not for the community but just because we're the biggest traffic source to dump their stuff and run. I've seen some you tell them need 50 posts, an hour later they've amazingly enough jumped from 3 posts to 50 and are throwing up multiple selling threads. :lol: I've even seen one person who was too lazy to even bother with words while they were post padding. Just jumped from one thread to the next pounding on the keyboard and posting gibberish like "ahfkjh", "fnnfirrh", "cnrnencnd" :lol:.
Of course some will argue with you. "Sorry man but no, 47 'cool' posts in 30 minutes doesn't count..."

it was just how you said it.not everyone the bad guy.i do my selling no the club page it is easier for me and i don't have to worry about having someone to ask me to ship something.jh2pizza i have to agree with you.if you have to work and jump so high just to use a web page how meny good people that would or could help someone out is just staying away because they feel they have to play games to enjoy the page.i under stand your doing what you think is right Dino and you can't make everyone happy but i have never got hey thanks for coming to are page it is nice to have you.i hope you enjoy the page.just to let you know if you just put one or two words that might not count for your 50 posting count.to late for me but maybe for the next person.:fish2:

I actually need to go back and correct something I missed in your first post. You are completely open to buy at any time in the club forums. 2 posts or 800, free and clear. The 50/90 just covers selling and trading.
The 50/90, its not a perfect rule, but it does work pretty effectively and makes the community a safer place
. The internet is a place of anonymity, and not everybody is the type of person you want to be allowing to have member's personal information or to potentially scamming people out of their hard earned money. There are some real nut jobs out there (we get the "joy" of dealing with them). 50/90, pretty good middle ground. Not too tough to attain but enough so somebody has to establish a history with their fellow forum members.

man i ask one Question and get a good turn out.i did not think it would turn in to a 40 posting but i guess it was a good Question.i understand about there are some bad people out there and i understand 18 posting to i will at be at 50 to see what good things i can find on the sell or trading forum.i say pass the Beer. i almost feel like a seal that has sharks just waiting for me to say the wrong word or something.i was just asking a Question did not it to be a big deal.Have a Good Day time to look at my tank and think about a new coral.

Scooby I just want to point out that if the current CORA forum does not automate a similar (50/90) rule. If it did we most likely would have something very similar. It is not about jumping through hoops. It is about using the board for education which is the purpose of the forum and club. Selling is just a perk.

You also have to remember that cora has lets say 2000 users this one has 20x that amount , alot of people just come to buy and sell, I have learned from experience...LOL but not being able to post for sale or trade has actually got me involved in some other threads and Im learning some things.

i understand the rule of the 50/90 that is fine i just wanted to know why i could not see the sell and trade forum. like everyone else that was telling about things for sell on here.i really don't care for the fact you can't buy from the ones selling stuff that would not be on Cora page but it is what it is. i just did not like how i was talk to like i was one of the bad guys or a spammer and i would just post meaningless junk to bump my post count up. this was not the first time i felt like i was been attacked on here for something i did not know or for just asking a Question. that why i stop coming to this page but i thought i would try it again after a year.like i said before i'm a nice person to i feel like someone is talking down to me.then i'm not that nice but i try to get along with everyone. now can this drama from asking a Question stop. i don't care no more. i under stand what your saying. you and I are good i nder stand.:beer:
