Where should I buy t5 bulbs?

I'm also open to recommendations. I have two 150 mh's running ushio 14k's. I have a 48 inch fixture just for actinics. 4 total/each 54 watts. At the moment I have whatever came with it. Two 460 and 2 420. (blue and purple) I hear UVL and ATI are high par bulbs. Any recommendations on what to buy and where?
