I was wondering where an BTA would be most comfortable; I have the perfect spot for an anemone about 18" from the 8X54 watt bulb with very good flow, and I was wondering if this would be a good place for a BTA? it would have a cave to go into, and it has rock all around it (including uner it). if not, what would be an anemone that might be good for it? I am awhare that it might move, but I want to try and get it to stay somewhat close to that spot.

Well it would be a good spot if we are talking about HOT5's...

Almost all BTA's will "go into hiding" for the first week or two and then eventually come out, its a process, and almost always happens.

The main thing is to get a healthy one, and you should be all set.

i dont know about other bta's but mine prefers moderate flow. its moved right under the cave of the rock work that i created. it moves quite often though so just be aware that it might or might not stay in the spot you want it to.

once the anemone stops moving it usually means it's happy. Moving anemones means it's trying to find a better spot, either with more or less flow or higher light.
