Where to Buy Tank/Stand

Where is the best local place to buy aquariums and stands (within ~2 hours of the city)? I've checked with Cali Reef Co. and Neptune and neither store carries Deep Blue tanks (I like the 48x24x16 rimless frag tank). I haven't asked CRC for a custom quote yet but if I order something similar from Neptune they'll charge something like $3k for a tank and stand. Is that a normal price around here?

Check some of the stores in Sacramento, they have sells often. I got a 34 frag tank from exotic aquarium about 5 months ago.

$250+ tax stand and tank.
Tank is 36x18x12

You can also try Aquatic Collection. I think that they can order Aquarium Masters tanks which are supposedly the same as Deep Blue. I don't think you'll typically find the rimless frag tanks in stock.

$3K sounds about right for a completely custom tank and stand, and if you go with Neptune it'll be a solid, high quality build. You can save some money if you buy both the tank and stand from Crystal Dynamic, versus going with a Neptune-made stand, though the quality of Neptune-made stands is far superior than CD.

I've got a 60G Aquarium Master tank that has a corner Overflow for two drains (herbie style) and a 3/4" return already drilled. Brand new. It's 48"L x 24"D x 12"H

It doesn't make sense for a LFS to stock one, because it's a specialty item. If they are going to have something take up that much space, it'll be a DT.

I'm sure any store will be able to order it for you. If the wholesaler has it, it won't take long at all to get.

I got mine from offerup. Also check 5mile, letgo and close5. I got $1800 worth of equipment for $200 from someone tearing down.

I bought the same tank but made by aquarium masters at Aqua Terra in Rohnert park it was 399.00 came out to like 450 after taxes.
