I enjoyed the slightly cooler weather yesterday and over the weekend in general. We installed 11 windows, a patio door, and roofed and re-framed the porch. I can't imagine doing all that in the 80's.

My brother is like the guy from Holmes on Homes (i.e. he is a perfectionist) on too much caffeine (i.e. he works REALLY FAST). Things turn out really nicely and we get a lot done in a day.
Weather can be a pain.Hurricane Earl got some of the roof on my place in the outer banks. Lot's of water ruined 3 floors of popcorn ceilngs and some rugs. Then while I was in the middle of dealing with that a power outage from the windy weather here took out my phone and computer and had me scurrying to take care of the aquariums . Fortunately, the power came back in less than an hour.
I don't mind the fall weather though since it's time for football and a little more comfortable doing outside work on the house and yard. The heat is not my favorite.
They're saying sunshine and 74 for tomorrow. Hoping to pop in on the Irish Fest and also get all the counterweight ropes replaced in my double hung windows.
Weather should be excellent for the Clothesline Festival this weekend, RC peeps! Come stop by and see me at the TheaterRocs booth on Sunday! Should be info on all the major live theater companies in Rochester along with their season available.
