Sebae is the common name for Heteractis crispa (though I have heard people use it to refer to H. malu). Both H. crispa and the LTA (Macrodactyla doreensis) are often found in deep sand beds. Sometimes H. crispa is found attached to corals with the base buried into a crevice in the liverock. As far as difficulty level, I would say they are similar in that regard. Assuming your bulbs are new and that you have researched bulbs that provide the highest PAR, I would expect you have enough light. Both species like moderate water flow. My concern would be the lack of a deep sand bed. You can make a small one by using a 6 inch deep tupperware container, filling it with fine aragonite and placing liverock around it to conceal the container.
