(Forgive the quality of some of these - we've got some microbubbles to deal with right now and frankly, some of the fish just don't cooperate when it comes to pictures)

My beloved Mandarin - which by the way, if anyone can id this as a for sure male or female, that would be awesome. We're trying to figure out which sex we're looking for to get a pair and we're not positive...

Yeah nice clam!!! Also the 3 fish in the first pic look familier. I may need to take that clam back it does not look as good in your tank as mine LOL. And I was out of the hobby for almost 2 whole weeks!!

The mandarin looks like a female, imo. Males have very obvious streamers on their dorsal fins.

I think it may be a male. The dorsal spine does not get as large in the spotted mandarins as it does on the greens. Here is a pic of a female.
