White stringy poo?

So I have a sunburst anthias who's been in qt for 4 weeks I did 2 rounds of prazi when in qt and after big in the DT for 2 weeks I just noticed long white stringy poo. He's eating Larry's reef frenzy nano. Can this food be causing it or is it an internal parasite? Like I said I've run 2 rounds of prazi already in qt and ttm?

In clownfish it's a sign often of brooklynosis. I'm not sure with anthias. You might try mysis shrimp and see if the symptom goes away.
