White Zoanthids?

Has anyone ever heard of or seen white zoanthids?

I just saw a nice colony at the LFS, it was $20 so I figured why not. The lady said they've always been white when I asked about it being a bleached coral.

I've personally never seen a white zoanthid, so I just went ahead and bought it on impulse. Will post a picture after I get them acclimated.

Yep I have some that came on a rock I bought about 2 years ago. Same thing here, I thought they were just bleached out, they grow pretty slow and still white.

I have a few whites mixed in with some greens and reds. They are certainly white and not bleached.

I have a tiny frag of zoas with white mouths, white skirts and a pale pink ring. Not pure white, but pretty close, and definitely not bleached at all.

i have seen whites while diving in the carribbean.

actually these look sort of like a people eater, don't you think?

They are completely white, with a neon green mouth. i really like these polyps a lot, they almost look ghostly.

I have some zoanthids that are brown with white centers.
