Is this thread one of the longest running that was started by someone that almost immediately moved on?

Sorry but I thought that removed or closed threads always had a notification of what happened.

I was racking my brain & wasted about 30 minutes looking for the thread that "disappeared" until I checked out my PMs and figured out what time it was posted then figured out that it no longer existed.

I can make this a 100% controversial thread by saying: I am a Man and I care absolutely NOTHING about sports.

That, even though I have competed in NCAA finals before & held season tickets back when the Broncos were the "Orange Crush" ;-)

I just got so irritated with the over-sensationalism of sports and the commercialism that I gave up.

I hear ya on the sports. College football is my favorite. I still follow the NBA but not until half way through the season then usually only watch the end of the game at that. Getting sick of the NFL too. They need to let the players play.

The person who started that thread was notified and is perfectly aware of why his thread was removed.
 
This is the best thread I have seen since getting on this forum. Spanking, Sheep, cookies, football, and some well versed insults. You guys may not get along but your all well spoken. Bravo!!
 
I would also like to say that you guys have really attracted a nice group of mods to this thread. Anyone wanting to get booted this would be the perfect venue to sell something or make fun of someones religion.
 
That's an awful lot of insight for such a new member of the community. It's good to know that some people are reading the UA before they agree to it.
 
Well thank you for the comment. I do love being pointed out as the noob. It is certainly one of the privilages of being someone under 23....well 24 posts at this point. Dgenr8 and The Grimm Reefer have around 55,000 plus posts between them. There is no possible way that each and every one of those posts have been insightful or even well thought out. I will be going through every one of them, ones found to be less than said qualifications will strongly receive what Stephen Cobert refers to as a big wag of my finger!

No I was just making a joke but sarcasm is really tough over a keyboard. The tone of trying to break up people being in a cranky mood was set by The Grimm Reefer. I was keeping in line with that and trying to catch you guys with 35,000 posts...Ha Ha
