Yea I have one, and it is the fifth that I have owned, 3 went on to other homes only because of size they all seemed to out grow my tank within three to four years, 1 died as a juv. and I currently have one now, come by take a look, see how he gets along and he doesn't tear nothin up, never really had one that was destroyed anything
Triggers kind of remind me of dogs....smart, playful, and temperment usually depends on how they are raised/fed.....
Some are just plain nasty and thats all there is to it....IE Undulates and Queens. My favorite triggers are the Clown and the Fuscus/Blue lined. They can be really sweet, model community tank citizens, or rabid @ss monkeys that bite whatever hits the water or enters the tank....
Buy one small, house it with smaller peaceful fish, feed it well and no live food...you have a better than average chance of having a low key trigger.
