If night mode and storm mode overlap, the result is a calm storm mode without pulsing, the pumps stay at the settings of power 1.

How does storm mode affect pump 3 or 4 if they are are checked as a WaveBox?

The waveboxes will run for the time alotted to those channels.

Yes, they are less effective as the displacement of the box boosts the wave performance, but it will probably work.

Anyone know if you need all four pumps for storm mode. What happens if you have say controller and two 6105's set up? Will storm mode work and if it will how should pumps be positioned for best effect? Thanks

If you look at the PDF of the manual on the CD Rom it describes the pump functions in storm mode. Any non connected pumps just won't be part of the program but the sockets used will function as described. It should still create a random flow to kick up detritus as scheduled regardless of position, I would use the position that works best for you everyday with your regular program. Storm mode just overrides that program at the interval you schedule.
