Who knows aquatraders's address?

I dunno the exact physical address. But I know it's on the corner of 3rd Ave and San Bruno Ave in San Bruno. Coming from the south bay you'd take 101N and exit San Bruno Ave (near SFO). Make a left @ San Bruno Ave. It'll be on your right side. Big yellow building on the corner.

BAD IDEA!!! I know someone who bought the same bulbs from a LFS and had to switch them 4 times b4 both bulbs had the matching color spectrum. Spend your money on others,

XM Bulbs are only like $50 for 150w HQI.

FWIW I have those bulbs and they work for me. XM they're not but they work.

What most people fail to realize is that there is a burn in period for MH bulbs and after this the colour should be the same. My bulbs were of different colours at first but after 2 weeks, they were the same.

BTW.... Why do you want their address? You won't get the same pricing on the web when you walk into their store

not to mention you won't find stuff in their stores because they're so damn busy packaging everything up for mailorder sales!

stop attacking my business danny!

jk...i am not affilated with them.

I was gonna say. :mad2: :mad2: :mad2:

Lets just put it this way, I don't have faith in retail stores selling everything either AS-IS or 25% restocking fees no if, buts, what so ever.

So if you're gonna go there to buy something, as dhnguyen you're not gonna get web price and you're better be gosh darn 100% sure that you want/need it and they work b4 u pay for it cause once they have your money, there's a restocking fee.

You might wanna try www reefmax dot com. A few hobbiest have used there bulbs and they're been happy. You can search rc for some feedbacks.

So Aquatrader is in the Bay Area? Cool I dont have to wait for shipping. Do they have the same kind of pricing as their website?

They'll give you the same price as the internet. However, for some strange reason, they will add the shipping costs on it. It baffles me why they would since they're not shipping it to you. But that's their policy. Makes you scratch your head wondering.

AquaTraders in store prices are usually HIGHER than the website prices, but they will match it if you ask. Depending on who you talk to, you might need to convince them that the prices should be the same. This is why when they match the website price, they will also add the s/h/i into the matched price. The manager has told me that their website operations is run completely separate from the store as if it is 2 separate businesses.

I second the reefmax bulbs. I've had one going for a month or so and I love the colors of my 14k so far. I just added on of their ballasts to give that a try. You can't beat $37+shipping for a bulb and I haven't heard anything negative about them.
