When pickin out wild pieces I smell every piece that I'm considering buying u can tell when there about to go by the smell ....personally it's not a good smell but very unique

Ive yet to smell acro. But some zoas on rocks smell really really bad. Kinda like rotten. Had to chisel them out of the rock. Should give my next acro purchase a smell.

i always wear gloves now when dealing with corals. I can't stand my fingers stinking like acros/corals slime..... Its nasty
