There are a couple of very reputable sites you should check out.

refferrocks has the best (IMO) base rock out there, very porous (sp?) rock:

Oceanpro Aquatics...they sell some of the freshest rock around. Great quality, great prices. I bought over 100 lbs of their rock and it barely had a cycle it was so fresh (and it was shipped from CA to TX in summer).
