whos bustin out the Grill and Coronas tonight?

Just got threw cooking Itialian sausage and peppers and onions with a six pack of zwiegels and i'm knee deep into a case of Labbats......

I'm working on my fifth Corona and counting, staring at the algae on my glass. Eh, I'll get to it tomarrow! Back to the bar...

shuttin her down for the night. 6 rack of Coronas down. Big Burgers in tummy. Gotta hydrate. Mountain biking at 8am.....sounded like a good idea at the time. Gotta pay the piper.

I went to my parent's place for my Dad's bday and to pick up my kiddys. Grilled up some steak on The Big Green Egg grill and got to enjoy some throwin rocks in the lake with my boy and nephew and niece. What an awesome day! Now home to enjoy a couple Lebatt pounders and a movie

ended the night dancing at Tapas with Mandy and walking outside...grabbing a little street meat and sat on the sidewalk talking about life. I love Rochester.

Sincerely regretting last nights imbibement and gustation on the first climb of the morning. Took me another 30 minutes of riding to recover from it. Still a little queasy, but I guess I'm saying, I'd do it the same way next year!

In the process of getting out the hose, soap and wax. Buh bye nasty winter salt! Time for the Jeep to be shiny and clean again. ;) I'm sure a nice cold beverage will be cracked open before the process is done... lol

Looks like I wasn't the only one enjoying a few cold ones last evening/ night. I too braved the elements (it's been sunny here but only about 72), dusted off the grill and enjoyed some grilled salmon in the company of a couple of friends and family. After a few Dogfish Head IPA's I thought about jumping in the pool but even thought the pool is heated, getting out in 72 degree weather is tough.

Who brings in their grill during the winter?!?! I sure don't. When I want my 22 ounce steak during December I fire up the grill outside and cook it!

grill never went away this winter, used it yesterday, not tonight but I will be testing a few beers tonight.

x2. Cold weather, snow and rain are unacceptable reasons to not use a grill.

Though, I did upgrade to the Weber Genesis 310 this season. Yes, it's gas and not charcoal or a smoker, but I will challenge anyone to produce a better rack of ribs.

Bold statement? Maybe, but the worst thing that can happen would be getting to eat more ribs.

Day two of "pinch me, i'm wearing shorts". i'm outside painting a sarcophogas, got some charcoal in the grill and two nice strip steaks ready....if any of you Pipeline junkies out there didn't get it yesterday...i may have found the last four six packs....
