Any know how or who is good with acrylic fabrications. I'm gonna need my custom overflow box manufactured for my herbie style drainage.

FWIW I contacted glass-holes.com and they can't accommodate my requests.

Hey Cully, I can help also. I have a bunch of 1/4" black acrylic laying around. A drawing and a few bucks for solvent cement and shipping and your set!

I also have a bunch of black acrylic to use. 1/4" and 5/8". I can show you some of my work, I have done about 20 or so boxes in the past. Actually, you have probably already seen some of my work!

Acdraindrps does great work, after seeing his 40BR overflow I wished I didn't use the G/H Kit. Unlike my noisy box, the herbie drain is literally silent. He'll be making my false wall, he just doesn't know it yet! :lmao:

yeah, cool, I'm down. I just am not too sure on dimensions but I'm trying to get a jump on finding out who and how.

I'll try to configure the dimensions and how I want it done in next few days. Then you can give me a price and turn around time.

Sound good?

Mark ,i have someone locally who can build them for sure . you will need to have a pretty precise drawing of what your looking to have built but he can do it for sure .you know how to get ahold of me i think . i think i told you this a while ago but may no have .
get the ball rolling my friend !

Chris, Stop stealing all my acrylic!! Just kidding. I have black acrylic too and can help if you need something fabricated.

Keith

Dave, I will keep it in mind, but I am trying to spread my helplessness around. I already have you working on the stand, and I'll need you for installation of the overflow box and drilling.

I'm gonna figure out the dimensions of what I'll need for a potential double herbie drain. Then I'll get in touch with acid for construction.

Keith, I appreciate the offer.

Looks like I'm all set.

The problem is figuring out the right dimensions.....

I bow down to keith's skills. He is the one who taught me. If you want a true professional to do the job I will understand completely. Up to you.

Nice to see you on the boards magyar!

I just want it done right fellas. I'll have to get the dimensions worked out then I'll put it to you two. I think if you know how to cut the stuff straight and glue it properly, either one of you can do the job. I'm not looking for anything fancy. I'm not going to have the traditional "teeth". I'm going to mod it with Gutter Guard after construction of the box is complete.

Let me know guys. I appreciate the help.

Cool. I have everything I need to build a Beananimal style overflow EXCEPT for the 3 90s that go inside the box. He used some weird size that is so far IMPOSSIBLE to find. A street 90 that has a 1.25 opening but slips into a 1 inch bulkhead.

Driving me nuts. I've been online for an hour. Can't find em.

mark this question was asked of beananimal and the answer was told on a tread that i certainly cannot rememer so i would PM beanie and see where they were bought .
its funny cause bean said that a whole box of extras were just thrown out a few months ago as a result of over purchasing at the time of the buils and the parts were just in the way .
here in cuse have you tried inland supply ,or webb ? what exactly are you lookinf for cause i have connections in the pvc world
sounds like a 1 1/4" X 1" reducing street .

Yeah, David those are the little buggers! Can't find em ANYWHERE!

I've got like $70 in PVC parts alone, when you considered gate valves, ball valves, bulkheads, John Guest fittings, etc.... and I can't move forward without those dang 1 1/4 x 1" streets.

Let me know if you can hook a brother up.
