Why cant I find any Mantis Shrimp?

I keep seeing all these posts on people's new mantis shrimp, and Im gealous as I cant find them anywhere......stomatopod.com has nothing, LFS has nothing and I dont see any in the selling forum? Where's everyone getting them from?

Sealifeinc.net has N. curacaoensis and P. ciliata at the moment

Yeah, I've had good experiences with both stomatopod.com and bluezooaquatics.com, but neither has much in stock at the moment (aside from one P. ciliata at stomatopod.com).
