If I live there, I would break a chunk of reef with the anemone on it and put it into my tank. You can try to remove him but I don't think it will be easy.
They might develop color who knows. Will be fun finding out in your tank, won't it!

Can you get some underwater shots of them? That would be the bomb!
I think this is a fairly common color. It may develop more color under LED or other artificial light.
As for collecting, why don't you just collect some of the smaller ones on the rubble rocks, they will grow by themselves, especially if you can do lots of water changes, provide good light and feed them well.
The other option would be to coerce them to move on something you can take out.
BTW, are there any clownfish?
