I put a 4" new RBTA in a 20 gal tank I use to propagate my old RBTA's about a week ago and it is gone without a trace! The tank is home to 12" and an 8" RBTA that I'll be selling or trading. The nems do great in the tank so I put the new one in too.
I know people keep multiple clones in the same tank so I don't think they eat each other, but where is it?
I am sick to my stomach over loosing this little guy. It was solid dark red all over, tentacles, disk and base. Absolutely gorgeous.
The overflow has 1/8" mesh screen and the only powerhead is a tiny 240 GPH Hydor Koralia. Could the powerhead have gotten it if it was moving around?
