Will false percs take to gbta

Have just introduced a gbta this past weekend and it has been doing real well. Think it has found a spot it likes. Have 2 false percs and although I know the gbta is not a natural host, will they eventually take to it? They completely ignore it. This nem came from a fellow reefers tank that was from numerous slpits and the original nem is hosting his percs. Thanks

I had a GBTA for many months without any hosting by my occs. I put a RBTA in the same tank and in 4 days the female tried it out. Even after that they still NEVER went to the GBTA.

I do not know why they never liked the GBTA. I changed up my tanks and lost both the BTA's a while back. I still have the clowns but it had been almost 2 years since they had a BTA to play in. This weekend I gave them this one and they were in it in minutes. In a 5 gallon bucket no less while I was swapping out their tank yet again. This pic is in their new tank.

I was just in this situation. My female is now hosting. I used the picture method while not holding my breath. I was very skeptical at first but she is hosting now. Give it a try.

Then i would suggest getting their natural hosting anemone like a rittri, just be warned that they are more difficult and much bigger anemones

Youll be fine, sometimes it happens fast. Usually when you start to give up on them is when it happens lol

Youll be surprised how fast 9 months goes by when reefing :p

Good luck
