Will it survive??

My urchin decided to carry my meteor shower frag clear across the tank and drop it on my chalice. Not to tough to figure out who won that battle. Anyways, I can still see the orange polyps, but the rest of the coral is white. Will it come back or is it toast?!?

Likely toast. But, I would rinse it off with tank water and put it in a calm spot for a month or two to see if it comes back. I've seen cyphastrea do that sometimes.

if any portion of the Cyphastrea survived it can grow back

The urchins are great at keeping things clean, but the tuxedo urchins likes to move things that aren't nailed down.

I'll move it to a safe place and see what happens.
