Will this be enough light for a 10G Nano?

Not sure. I think the measurement of PAR is more important than the total lumen's. And I'm not sure if there's a conversion for lumen's to PAR.

"1 watt (50-60 lumens/watt)"

4w = 200-240 lumen's x 3 = 600-720 lumen's.

I have used them before on a smaller tank it was a 3g. They worked great, but I dont think they will work for sps.

I'm looking at doing a nano with zoa's LPS and possibly SPS if the lights can handle it. I'm looking at getting three of these units

They each have 4 1w high output LED's let me know.

What do you think!

Do you have DIY skills? for 150 spent on 3 of them you could make your self an led light which is reliable and provide good growth for sps . And the color temp you like .

I am a DIYer but just don't have the time that's why I'm trying to figure out about this light.
