Will this bulb be suitable?

I'm planning a vase pico and I'm currently shopping around for equipment. I came across this bulb (http://www.ebay.com/itm/E27-15-21-2...64c335ede9fffe7342%7Ciid%3A20&redirect=mobile) on eBay and I'm wondering if it can be used. I intend to run it on a Zoa garden, and the vase (technically a bowl) holds around 1.25 gallons and around 8 inches tall.

Probably would be fine. I'd personally want more blue than white, but zoas don't seem to be all that picky.
