Will this harm my acro? (pic)

Saw it this morning. You see what I do, middle of the acro hitchhiking on it. I haven't noticed any death. Should I remove it?

Hard to tell from the picture, but it looks the leg of a serpent starfish. Probably just moving along and not a threat.
 
Sorry guys about the pic - it looked good from my computer, I thought you could tell what it was. My bad.

It is a mini serpent starfish that in from another colony and moved to this one. A couple of the legs are broken as it is laching onto this acro for dear life. It doesn't move as it has been there for a couple days. Just noticed it again today and though I'd better inquire about it.

I guess they don't munch on acros?
 
hey sean i have one exactly like that on my red milli colony and it hasnt harmed it from what i can tell just kinda sits in it catchin food as it floats along

Hey bro, see you found my thread LOL. Good to know. Yeah, it's just been sitting there for little while now. Sometimes I can't even see it through the PE. Guess I'll leave it since I haven't touched this coral in a long time it might stress it more to remove it.
