I think you would only be good with sps under the light on the left that is closest to the water, If you want to grow a lot of sps i would suggest upgrading to ecoxotic or evilcc par 38 bulbs and get a mix of 10k and 12k bulbs for the best growth and color combos. Also you may want to borrow a par meter from someone, sps usually need 150 (bare minimum i have grown sps under, practically no growth and poor color retention but they lived) or the ideal 275 to 300 for a majority of sommon sps like acros. Things like monti caps, being lower light corals do better (in my opinion and from what i have heard) in par values of 100 to 200 so I would say that you may be fine right under the brightest area of the bulb for most sps but for the best color + growth I would get at least 1 10k bulb in the mix and get a certified 3w cree par 38 bulb like evilc or orphek.
