I know this should be in the vendor forum and It will be but I wanted to share with you guy's here first.
I ordered a set of fans for my canopy from this site. It is JMO not to do such. I placed my order Fri, 06 Apr 2007 @ 16:11 (that's 4:16pm) and after many many many E-mails back and forth I just recieve an E-mail that I have a pending refund trasaction through pay-pal. He claims to have sent 3 or 4 different unit's out to me however I never recieve one. Then informs me that he sends through USPS and sometimes this happens. When I informed him that he either send it through UPS, DHL or FEDXE so I could have a tracking number OR either refund me my money he didn't reply at all. That was last week and today I got the e-mail about a refund waiting to clear. So now I don't know if it's a FULL refund or not. His site claims does clearly state that he ships USPS, which really isn't that big of a deal until you never get it and have no REAL proof that it was ever sent. This guy was nice, and never once was rude or anything like that, However I'm not so sure about how honest he was about sending 3 different times and then asking for my address again to make sure he was sending to the right place. This is just my take on the situation, I just want to warn folks.
