Robert, you're adding fuel to the fire. I never knew you as someone who would stoop to personal insults.

Before responding, I have something to add below. Give me a minute to type it all up before ganging up on me or anyone else.

OK, here it is.

Robert, you need to stay. You, Eric (x2), Murf and Todd all worked hard to build this club. No one disputes that. Apparently, I rub people the wrong way, and say things that people don't like without realizing I'm saying them. I'm banishing myself.

Here's the cryptic part, so those who don't know the details won't get too much insight into a sensitive matter:

As far as what happened today, let me say publicly that it was not my idea for him to take the action he's planning to take. I did, however, say to him that I would take the same action immediately. I still feel that way.

Scott heard me say that I told the guy to pursue action, and I guess he assumed that I meant that the guy wasn't already planning on taking action in the first place. It wasn't my idea, but I absolutely did say that I agreed with it, given what was at stake. The thing is, it really doesn't matter. Even if it wasn't his idea, I'd have suggested it anyway based on the nature of the issue.

As far as blaming Scott, he was caught in the middle with a very difficult decision to make. He did something very ethical, responsible, and just plain admirable by not keeping such critical information to himself.

Anyway, that's that.

SCMAS is a good club with good people in charge and members. Once things settle down, I'm sure things will be just fine.

I think I was saying that I wouldn't accept what happened in here a few months back if the same things were said to or about me, which I see may happen. Say all you want in PMs, but once it hits the threads, it becomes an issue.

OMG hasn't this caused enuff trouble? I just don't see where 1 person can say something and it can get soooo blown out of proportion. Who in there right mind would go hurt someone and there family over fish? Or why would you stock or think your families being stocked by someone again over fish? This is like school yard bull.
It's time to get over this nonsense and back to the topic that this forum was designed for.
