wooot winner winner chicken dinner

Love the fish! I had seen him earlier and was thinking he would be perfect for my set up. Enjoy and please post some pictures when you get him!

Post some pics if possible. I was also looking at that guy this morning.

Yup will post pictures for sure. Wants I saw him I had to get him lol. Hope his this color in person. Talked to a lady on the phone she said he will be here tuesday morning I work 6pm-1am so hopefully everything goes right but we all know how fedex and ups is...going to ask a friend to cover my shift. Also this is my first order from LA or DD I guess.

Do you plan to quarantine? What about dips? I have never done any of this before, but thinking about it with fish going into my new tank.

Nice looking fish. Call FedEx and have them hold it at the nearest location. That way you can pick up the fish at 9am.

Im only allowed one tank but this guy will be QT it will be at my friends place though. As for dipping him never done it before and never needed to. Also never order online before but just saw that they ship out of wisconsin so not to far away.

Awesome fish your lucky I was eyeing him up couple days ago almost pulled the trigger and bought him but good buy.

yea, I couldn't believe he was still there. Was going to add more stuff to the cart but figured someone would buy it right under me.

I usually don't notice tangs when the daily DD e-mail comes, but this guy really jumped out at me . He almost looks photo-shopped, but isn't, of course. DD fish are photographed under the best MH lighting, but there are always great fish in any system.
BTW: LA & DD get fish to anyone in the country overnight, and I think you have to specify "hold at location" when you order. I always do and get my fish with a 10 min drive, at 9AM; the Fed-Ex truck comes about, 3 PM. It really doesn't matter where you live, you can get your fish at 9AM. Amazing stuff for us old f**** who can remember "air freight". Keep us posted!
EDIT: Your fish has attracted a few fans:http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?p=19034003#post19034003

well good news found someone to work my shift tomorrow getting everything ready for the guy so I will be prepared for tomorrow.

You sound like a kid on Christmas Eve. That's just the way I get, be sure to leave some cookies for the Fed-Ex driver!

+1

I get that way even when I get dry goods shipped.

I think the "hold at location" option is good for the fish but far better for my anxiety level. No more waiting!

Dry goods, sure! What represents the hobby, and its cost, better than the smell of brand new acrylic?
