Worm ID!! Is a Bristle worm??

Is this a Bristle worm?? Is good or bad??

I found it in one of my ricordea rocks and i removed him

are they really good?? cuz i read that there are some of theme that arent safe for the corals..... but i dont know wich are they =/

Some people complain about them but ive never had a problem with them.I kinda like them a great cuc crew
