Worm Question

I've noticed a worm coming out of my rocks at night and I'm not sure exactly what it is...

The closest similar things I can find are the peanut worm and the ribbon worm (the brown speckled one on http://home2.pacific.net.ph/~sweetyummy42/hitchworms.html )

I noticed it first when I was checking out the tank with my blue LED flashlight one night. This is the first time I've seen it since moving the tank, but I spotted it tonight under my new moonlights. Trying to get a better look I hit it with the flashlight, but it seems to dislike direct lighting or bright lights and retracts itself back into the rocks when hit with the flashlight. When it retracts it seems to kind of curl back into itself while pulling the exposed part down into the rocks.

I notice it kinda "snaking" up out of a hole in the rock and feeling around for a bit. Also tonight I saw it touching at my Pulsing Xenia, though I can't be sure if it was doing any damage or not. The stalk I saw it picking at tonight doesn't seem to be unhappy or stressed and is the only one near the holes I see it come out of.

Any ideas on what it is? Is it harmful, or something I want to keep around? I wish I could get a picture, but it's very shy.

Alright, cool. If my Xenia starts to look annoyed I'll just have to move it to the other side of the rock...I've only seen the worm(s) come out of two or three holes and they're all on the same side of the same rock.

Thanks :)
