worm ?

just bought some live rock it has worms that look like grubs what is it is it bad? they are about 1" and as big around as a pen

nope not that the person I got the rock from said its a bristle worm but I've never seen a white one that looks just like a grub

bristle worms look like centipedes... many legs things which are the bristles... never heard of a white one.. only light brown and darker colors...
