Worst experience ever!!

I'll NEVER do business with them again.

Ordered 4 bulbs last Monday, took 4 business days to ship and that was with me emailing and calling. The response I got was "i'm not sure why it hasn't shipped, I let the warehouse know".

Took 7 business days to get my bulbs and I'm 2 states away!

When I finally got my shipment tonight, opened the box and found a lovely hand writing on my receipt that said "ATI blue + backordered, will ship asap"

no phone calls, no email letting me know this! They sure were quick to take my money, but they are damn sure poorest customer service I've ever dealt with for communication!

I urge everyone to go elsewhere!!
 
I have to agree with you, the past two transactions I have had with Aqua Cave have been a hassle. My first order with them I recieved only half of my order, I called to ask why the web site did not lable the product on back order like some other products were, and Enrique said they must not have the web page updated. Enrique also had an attitude with me when I asked when I could expect the product to be in. The second purchase I made with them also showed up missing an item I ordered (also on back order). If you ask me I will not be purchasing from them again. Who knows when I will recieve my products?????
 
I placed an order with them as well and was less than pleased.

Their website said the shipping method would be Ground which suggests UPS Ground or FedEx Ground but when they shipped, it was sent USPS First Class which is the slowest possible shipping method in the Country and NOT what "Ground" suggests.

Its not technically a lie but it may as well be, especially when you consider that I paid the shipping rate of UPS Ground and the site said Ground and I got USPS First Class. Very Misleading.

I will never order from them again. In fact, I would pay more elsewhere just to avoid them.
