Would a 6208 or 6215 Wavebox work better in my 120?

I have a standard 4'x2'x2' 120, and I'm currently using a 6105 and a 6095 hooked up to the 7096 controller, along with a 6055. I've decided to take advantage of the black friday sales to add some alternating wave like flow to my tank, but I'm unsure which wavebox is better for my purposes. I'd continue using the 7096 controller, I assume both are compatible with it?

I don't want a HUGE wave, as I don't want too much noise or to risk damaging my tank, but I'd like to get polyps waving and detritus moved out of rocks throughout the tank.

After doing a fair amount of reading, I ordered the 6208, I'm pretty sure that will be adequate for my needs.

It will be, for a 4ft tank you likely won't see any difference in the wave and the 6208 is much smaller.
