I'm planning wave action for my anthias...

The Tunze powerheads that you can buy Tunze controllers for...
What kind of timing can be programmed?

Is the flow they produce similar to the Seio's?

Do they require any more cleaning/maintenance than my Seio's?

Do they have a switch my fish can operate manually from inside the tank? :]

It works, the wave is shorter because of the spill over and it can be noisy if you don't have a tall durso pipe but I think it works fine, the wave height is about 1" from what i have seen in a friends Oceanic.

The flow is broad but a Seio makes a hollow tube like flow and this is a solid wall of moving water. I think the maintanence is similar they should be cleaned every 3 months.

The Wavebox, is a special stream set up in a box with a special controller and it is pulsed in time to the resonance frequency of the aquarium and it creates an actual wave.
