Would these corals mix

Could I put a Fungia plate, Torch Coral, Frogspawn, and a Hammer Coral and in the same tank without them stinging each other to death. Maybe one a each corner of the tank as it is 21 inch wide by 21 inch deep. I think the all would go low on the sand or a small rock.

they will implode and shoot water towards you light causing it to explode glass particles all over your tank. Your snails will pick up the shrads of glass in their skin and will more than likely die.
If the mercury from the bulbs does not poison the water then it will get caught in your air and could cause long term lung problems.

I would do it here, I would not there, I would not do it anywhere.

You should be just fine!

yea.......only the last line of Dr. Seuss' post is important.

Hold out on the plate coral until you find an orange one. They're awesome. My girlfriend bought me one at CPE and the thing is a color that you rarely see in an aquarium. Besides that, the thing has nearly doubled in size.

On that subject, anybody know how to get it to retract it's foot from the bottom pane of glass?

:D

Don't endanger the life of your plate coral, Jeff. But, sometime in the future, if you do decide to cut it like a pie, keep me in mind. Sorry for hijacking, Rich. Back on topic. Your LPS will do fine. Plus, your torch and frogspawn should do fine next to each other, if I"m not mistaken.
