Would this work for my new 150g? Lights..

I just came across this on the used equipment forums... would this work for a 48" 150g tank?

I still have a 440 watt VHO fixture with 2 MH sockets from aquariumlight.com. Comes with 4 - 110 watt VHO bulbs, 2 electronic ballasts for VHO, fans, and UV shield. No MH bulbs or ballasts.

Would I need to add the MH pieces?

I saw that post and yes you would have to add all the MH pieces, I would steer clear of the set up
